In this phase, Sharina’s experts meet with the client to gather initial project information, including the scope of work, and the client’s needs and preferences. Based on this information, they outline the extent of interventions and provide an initial project estimate. This meeting is completely free of charge, and the client is welcome to utilize Sharina’s consulting services to enhance their project if desired.

After receiving a down payment equivalent to 10% of the total project cost, the design process begins. The project design typically takes one week to ten days, depending on the project’s scale. Sharina does not enter into contracts solely for design work; all contracts follow an EPC approach, covering the entire process from design, procurement, and construction to supervision and execution.

Once the design is completed, it is presented to the client. The client is allowed to request up to 30% modifications to the design. This is because every design at Sharina is offered as a final selected option, representing the culmination of the team’s expertise and experience, after thoroughly considering all possible scenarios for the project.

After the design is approved by the client, Sharina conducts all necessary inquiries within 3 to 7 days, accurately estimating all operational details, including measurements, quantities, types of materials, and other execution items in terms of both cost and time. This estimate serves as the primary basis for finalizing the EPC contract.

At this stage, the client can proceed with signing the EPC contract. If the client chooses not to proceed, the down payment will not be refunded and will be allocated towards the design and estimation costs.

After the contract is signed, the client pays 70% of the total project amount in cash. The remaining balance is received through a maximum of two interest-free checks. Project execution commences upon receipt of the down payment.
